13 第一正觉前经
舍卫城因缘。
"比丘们,在我正觉之前,还未证得正觉,还是菩萨的时候,我心中生起了这样的想法:'眼的满足(乐味)是什么?眼的危险(过患)是什么?从眼的出离是什么?耳的……(中略)……鼻的……舌的……身的……意的满足是什么?意的危险是什么?从意的出离是什么?'
比丘们,那时我心中生起了这样的想法:'缘于眼而生起的快乐与喜悦,这就是眼的满足。眼是无常的、苦的、变易法,这就是眼的过患。对于眼,调伏欲贪、断除欲贪,这就是眼的出离。缘于耳……(中略)……缘于鼻……(中略)……缘于舌而生起的快乐与喜悦,这就是舌的满足。舌是无常的、苦的、变易法,这就是舌的过患。对于舌,调伏欲贪、断除欲贪,这就是舌的出离。缘于身……(中略)……缘于意而生起的快乐与喜悦,这就是意的满足。意是无常的、苦的、变易法,这就是意的过患。对于意,调伏欲贪、断除欲贪,这就是意的出离。'"
"比丘们,只要我对这六种内处(内在的感官基础),没有如实地了知满足为满足、过患为过患、出离为出离,那么,比丘们,我在包括天、魔、梵的世间,包括沙门、婆罗门、天与人的众生中,就不宣称自己已证得无上正等正觉。
但是,比丘们,当我对这六种内处,如实地了知了满足为满足、过患为过患、出离为出离时,那时,比丘们,我在包括天、魔、梵的世间,包括沙门、婆罗门、天与人的众生中,宣称自己已证得无上正等正觉。
并且,我生起了这样的智见:'我的解脱不可动摇,这是最后一生,不会再有来世了。'"
第一经完。
14 第二正觉前经
"比丘们,在我正觉之前,还未证得正觉,还是菩萨的时候,我心中生起了这样的想法:'色(色尘)的满足是什么?色的危险是什么?从色的出离是什么?声的……(中略)……香的……味的……触的……法的满足是什么?法的危险是什么?从法的出离是什么?'
比丘们,那时我心中生起了这样的想法:'缘于色而生起的快乐与喜悦,这就是色的满足。色是无常的、苦的、变易法,这就是色的过患。对于色,调伏欲贪、断除欲贪,这就是色的出离。缘于声……香……味……触……缘于法而生起的快乐与喜悦,这就是法的满足。法是无常的、苦的、变易法,这就是法的过患。对于法,调伏欲贪、断除欲贪,这就是法的出离。'"
"比丘们,只要我对这六种外处(外在的感官对象),没有如实地了知满足为满足、过患为过患、出离为出离,那么,比丘们,我在包括天、魔、梵的世间,包括沙门、婆罗门、天与人的众生中,就不宣称自己已证得无上正等正觉。
但是,比丘们,当我对这六种外处,如实地了知了满足为满足、过患为过患、出离为出离时,那时,比丘们,我在包括天、魔、梵的世间,包括沙门、婆罗门、天与人的众生中,宣称自己已证得无上正等正觉。
并且,我生起了这样的智见:'我的解脱不可动摇,这是最后一生,不会再有来世了。'"

15 第一寻求满足经
"比丘们,我曾去寻求眼的满足。眼的满足是什么,我找到了它。眼的满足有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求眼的过患。眼的过患是什么,我找到了它。眼的过患有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求眼的出离。眼的出离是什么,我找到了它。眼的出离有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求耳的……(中略)……比丘们,我曾去寻求鼻的……(中略)……比丘们,我曾去寻求舌的满足。舌的满足是什么,我找到了它。舌的满足有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求舌的过患。舌的过患是什么,我找到了它。舌的过患有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求舌的出离。舌的出离是什么,我找到了它。舌的出离有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求意的满足。意的满足是什么,我找到了它。意的满足有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求意的过患。意的过患是什么,我找到了它。意的过患有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,我曾去寻求意的出离。意的出离是什么,我找到了它。意的出离有多少,以智慧我已善见了它。
比丘们,只要我对这六种内处,没有如实地了知满足为满足、过患为过患、出离为出离……(中略)……(那么我就不宣称自己已证得无上正等正觉。但当我如实了知之后)我宣称自己已证得无上正等正觉。
并且,我生起了这样的智见:'我的解脱不可动摇,这是最后一生,不会再有来世了。'"
