第50经 《第二须那经》:
"如是我闻。一时,世尊住在王舍城竹林迦兰陀园。当时,居士子须那前往世尊处。到达后,向世尊礼敬,坐在一旁。世尊对坐在一旁的居士子须那说:
'须那啊,若有沙门或婆罗门不了解色,不了解色集,不了解色灭,不了解导向色灭的道路;不了解受,不了解受集,不了解受灭,不了解导向受灭的道路;不了解想...不了解行,不了解行集,不了解行灭,不了解导向行灭的道路;不了解识,不了解识集,不了解识灭,不了解导向识灭的道路。须那啊,这些沙门或婆罗门在沙门中不被认为是真沙门,在婆罗门中不被认为是真婆罗门,这些尊者们在现法中也未能以自己的智慧证得沙门果或婆罗门果而安住。
但是须那啊,若有沙门或婆罗门了解色及色集、色灭、导向色灭之道;了解受...想...行...识及识集、识灭、导向识灭之道。须那啊,这些沙门或婆罗门在沙门中被认为是真沙门,在婆罗门中被认为是真婆罗门,这些尊者们在现法中已经以自己的智慧证得沙门果和婆罗门果而安住。'"
第51经 《爱尽经》:
"在舍卫城。'诸比丘,当比丘如实见色是无常,这就是正见。以正见而生厌离。由爱尽而贪尽,由贪尽而爱尽。由爱贪尽而心解脱,称为善解脱。当比丘如实见受是无常...想是无常...行是无常...识是无常,这就是正见。以正见而生厌离。由爱尽而贪尽,由贪尽而爱尽。由爱贪尽而心解脱,称为善解脱。'"
第52经 《第二爱尽经》:
"在舍卫城。'诸比丘,要如理作意于色,如实观察色的无常性。比丘如理作意于色,如实观察色的无常性时,就会对色生起厌离。由爱尽而贪尽,由贪尽而爱尽。由爱贪尽而心解脱,称为善解脱。要如理作意于受...想...行...识,如实观察其无常性。比丘如理作意于识,如实观察识的无常性时,就会对识生起厌离。由爱尽而贪尽,由贪尽而爱尽。由爱贪尽而心解脱,称为善解脱。'"
最后是品摄颂:
"以自为洲品第五。
其摄颂为:
自洲与道迹,二种无常性,
观察与诸蕴,二须那二爱尽。
根本五十经已竟。
根本五十经品摄颂:
那拘罗父与无常,重担非汝等所有,
以自为洲为五十,是名第一五十经。"
